Our Story

Started from a simple observation

Bodhi Digital was established in Bangkok in 2021 by a team that had spent years working at the intersection of technology consulting and organizational development across Southeast Asia. What we kept encountering was the same pattern: organizations buying AI tools or commissioning AI projects, then struggling to use them โ€” not because the technology failed, but because the people using it hadn't been given the right foundations.

We built Bodhi Digital around a different entry point. Rather than starting with the technology, we start with the people and the data. We work with teams on the skills they need to communicate effectively with AI systems. We work with data teams on the structures and quality standards that make AI applications viable. And we work with boards and executive leaders on the strategic literacy they need to make sound decisions about where AI fits in their organizations.

Our work is grounded in Thailand's business context โ€” the regulatory environment, the organizational culture, the mix of international and local enterprise that characterizes the Bangkok market. We don't deliver off-the-shelf programs. Every engagement is adapted to the organization's current state, its sector, and the specific outcomes its people need to achieve.

AI Capability Building for Bangkok's Business Community

Thailand's business environment is navigating a period of significant technological change.
