Three Programs, One Coherent Direction
Each Bodhi Digital program addresses a distinct AI capability gap. They can be taken separately or in a sequence that builds progressively deeper organizational capability.
Back to HomeHow We Approach AI Capability Building
We start from the position that AI capability in an organization is not a single thing to be acquired. It is a set of related but distinct abilities that sit at different levels — individual skills, data infrastructure, and strategic understanding — and that need to be developed with awareness of how they connect.
Our programs are structured around this view. The Prompt Engineering Workshop develops individual conversational capability with AI tools. The Data Readiness service addresses the organizational and technical infrastructure that makes AI applications viable at scale. The Leadership program builds the strategic knowledge that allows senior decision-makers to govern AI adoption wisely.
Every engagement begins with an assessment of where the client actually is. We don't assume starting points — we establish them.
